commission information

please read over my T.O.S. before commissioning me. thank you!

[1] before commissioning me

I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
All character references must be digital and in full color.
A general timeframe for when the commission will be completed will be given before payment is requested. If the commission is needed by a certain deadline, specify in the commission form.

[2] payment

I will not begin the commission until payment is sent.
For orders under $50, I must receive full payment upfront.
For orders over $50, I must receive half of the total upfront and the remainder after the sketching phase is finalized.
When paying with PayPal, provide your PayPal email in the form (under "PayPal Email"). I will send an invoice to you and will not begin fulfillment until payment is sent.

[3] art process

I will send a sketch (WIP, or Work in Progress) of the commission(s) before starting lineart and/or rendering. If there are any issues, let me know so I can fix them before lining and/or rendering.
If requesting a refund before I begin lining and/or rendering (i.e., during or after the WIP is sent to you and is not approved), I will issue a full refund.
If requesting a refund after the WIP was approved AND I began lining and/or rendering, I will issue a partial refund of 50% of the original payment.

[4] after commissioning me

Once the order is fulfilled, I will send a separate file of the finished piece (.png) via the method of communication you chose.
The finished piece(s) can be used for personal use (such as posting to toyhou.se). When uploadign to toyhou.se, you must credit me as the artist (under @/mlplover717).
The finished piece must not be used for commercial use. I do not offer commercial usage rights at this time.
Do not upload the finished commission(s) to social media without my express permission. If I grant you permission, you must credit me with my Twitter account (@/em_bread).
